Hello!

An homage to my three sons, HCB Strategies is the culmination of two decades of collaborative problem solving and advocacy. From my early days in the courtroom defending local legislation to directing national advocacy campaigns that reached millions, I’m motivated by the desire to make meaningful change.

My experience comes from high-impact roles in the public policy and water sectors, most recently as Chief of Staff for New Orleans’ water utility and as Director of the Value of Water Campaign for a national nonprofit. Passion for speaking, writing, and connecting with people has influenced every step of my journey.

I’m honored to have served in leadership positions on several boards in the New Orleans community and to have taught as a member of Tulane Law School’s adjunct faculty.
